Should your restaurant have a KDS, it's important that orders/items from SpeedETab display properly on the device.
In order to ensure that SpeedETab orders display properly, please:
- Navigate to 'Device Setup' on the KDS in question
- Select ' Ticket Display Options'
- Navigate to 'Dining Options'
- Ensure that 'SpeedETab Take Out' and 'SpeedETab Dine in" are selected
