SpeedETab will pull your menu information directly from your ToastTab portal on a daily basis. This means you have a single menu database that can apply to both your in-store menus as well as your mobile menu.
First, and very importantly, the SpeedETab platform reads your menu information from a single menu name. If you have menu items split between multiple menus, you may:
- Consolidate your menu information to a single existing menu
- Create a new menu specifically for your app (i.e. SpeedETab Menu)
Menu Mapping
Toast menus are mapped to your SpeedETab app in the following fashion
- Menus: Only one (1) menu per location may be synced to SpeedETab. If your location has items across multiple menus, it may create a new, order ahead-specific menu within Toast that is inclusive of all items. To read more about this, click here.
- Groups: Groups listed within your Toast menu are mapped to Categories in SpeedETab. These are the highest level of organization within your menu structure. These will be displayed in the same order as shown on your Toast portal.
- Items: Items listed within each Toast group are mapped to Menu Items within each Category of SpeedETab. Photos and description at the Item level are synced into your app as well. These will be displayed in the same order as shown on your Toast portal.
- Modifier Groups: Modifier groups and modifier items are mapped identically on your SpeedETab menu. Modifier group order and modifier group item order will be displayed in the same order as shown on your Toast portal.
